  I dont leave reviews but they were just rude. Employee asked “can i help you?” so aggressively then we were turned away. She lied about not having anyone else there to help her as another employee walks in the door. It was 10PM and they were supposed to close at 1AM that night.

  Mi experiencia fue de lo peor me atendió un hombre que literalmente se estaba burlando de nosotros por no entender bien inglés luego una chica que estaba limpiando nos ayudó por qué ella si hablaba español le explicamos que queríamos la mitad de las alitas con salsa y la otra sin salsa el hombre que nos atendió y se burló de nosotros con sarcasmo cuando me dio el cambio me dijo que si ese era su típ y quería todo el cambio le di la mitad agradecida por qué había llegado la otra muchacha a ayudarnos y cuando llegamos a casa sorpresa todas las alas estaban bañadas de salsa picante una total decepción.

  I had a pretty terrible experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings GO location. Since the University location apparently can’t handle mobile orders (their phone line just disconnects), I was forced to order from this one, which is 15 minutes farther away. Already inconvenient. I showed up 10 minutes after my pickup time and my order wasn’t ready. I was told it would be “right out,” but it took another 15 minutes. So I ended up waiting about 35 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready. While I was standing there, at least two other customers had issues with missing items—one even had to come all the way back after getting home. That should’ve been a red flag. Sure enough, when I got home, I was missing two items from my order. On top of that, they barely put any sauce on the food. Honestly, this would’ve been a 1-star review, but the food itself wasn’t terrible. Still, for $40 for some chicken, I expect to actually get what I paid for. Long wait, sloppy service, and inaccurate orders. Not worth the extra drive, and I won’t be coming back.

  Ordered a chicken sandwich and this is all I got??? What happened? And they charged me $17 with delivery for this??
