Best pizza chef in the world and an even better guy. You can tell he genuinely cares about every pie that comes out of the kitchen. The crust is perfect, the balance is spot on, and it’s always hot and fresh. Locals know it, visitors figure it out fast. As a local realtor who spends most days showing homes around 30A, this is the kind of neighborhood staple I point out to buyers. Walkable spots, golf cart living, familiar faces, and food that never disappoints. Pizza by the Sea isn’t just a pizza place, it’s part of what makes Gulf Place feel like home.

Look for the bigger sign YUM! near the stairs, as it's easier to see than "Pizza By the Sea." Service/cashier for Togo order was super sweet, efficient and friendly. Delicious thin pizza... both locations I've tried have been "Yum!"
