As I grabbed it to walk out she laughed and said “I’m sorry”. Why do they do things wrong on purpose and still get paid for it?

You will order ahead 15 minutes and get there and your order hasn't even been started on and there’s no line and they will just be sitting back there talking. Can’t tell you how many times I end up late somewhere because I stopped at this place thinking it will be quick and end up waiting around for just a coffee. The flavors are never consistent either.
