  Employees not friendly. No hello, no thank you. I had two repeat my simple two donut order twice to the gentleman. One was a choc glazed and it I wasn’t until I got up the street I noticed he gave me a choc glazed with sprinkles.

  I literally don’t even like dunkin but of course the kids in the family wanted donuts so we went and they were “closed” an hour early when we called they were so rude and hung up on us instead of having any kind of customer service at all- that would not fly at any place I’ve ever worked I would be fired (just saying) anyways NEVER GO HERE or any dunkin for that matter and please stop hiring people who don’t even want a job like the lady on the phone

  DO NOT GO HERE. door says open until 9 so we called and the worker hung up on me. absolutely terrible service. the workers here need to be fired if they want to stay open or this place will probably close down.

  I rarely go to Dunkin’ Donuts, and after two visits to this location, I’m reminded why it’s never been on my list. Really the only reason that I have gone was because it was super close to a place that I was waiting for her to open at 9 AM and I had time to kill in one and some coffee. The first time I came in was around 8:30 AM, so I expected a wait. It did take several minutes for someone to take my order, which was fine, but the overall experience wasn’t very pleasant. I chalked it up to a busy morning and assumed that was just typical for Dunkin’. Today was worse. I was the only customer inside for several minutes and was never acknowledged. There were three employees working, all focused exclusively on drive-through orders, avoiding eye contact, and visibly unhappy. I waited patiently. Another customer came in behind me and also wasn’t acknowledged. Then one of the employees simply disappeared from the counter area. The person behind me left, I waited another minute, and then I left as well—still without anyone saying a word. It was a strange and rude experience. I would not recommend this location. I drove the extra distance and paid a bit more to get coffee from a pleasant and local spot in the area.
