  honestly one of the worst dunkin’s i’ve ever been to, whoever was working the window had a bad attitude. we ordered 2 drinks and 3 different food items and after paying $23 she only handed us 1 drink and 1 food item and was very confused after we said we had more things so we had to park and wait and when she came out there was no apology which i get it it’s a dunkin’ donuts but yikes I’d rather go to starbucks if this is how yall running it

  I moved recently to the area and got a coupon for a box of donuts I had promise this to my employees and when arrived to the counter the lady didn't help she had this attitude not good for someone that works in face to face customer service she scanned the thing and said it was expired. The coupon says 90 days expiration and it's been only a week since I got it she told me she can't help me and take the cupon and leave I asked her to get some help from the manager and said to come back next week that's senseless. I like dunking is fast and cheap and usually ppl is friendly and helpful but the attitude of 0 hospitality from their employees here was a big no. Whoever who runs this bussines is doing terrible here with their staff. Do not come here if that's what they do in front it you what would they do in back of the house who's handling your food now I'm going to the other store in Destin they at least have good customer service.

  Went today to get a latte, the Jamaican lady with red hair was really disrespectful didn’t greet me when I walked in.. which is such terrible customer service… she didn’t even give me time to look at the menu until she said “are you ready to order” and I said no and she rolled her eyes and scoffed… maybe don’t work at a place if you can’t have a different attitude.. then when I finally ordered my latte she laughed (not sure what was funny) also when I walked in straw wrappers were everywhere floors were dirty and disgusting.. I hope whoever manages this store has a talk with this disrespectful Jamaican ladies such an awful experience and I’m usually not one to leave a review but this was just one of the worst experiences here and usually when I go the ladies are nice but nope not this one

  we went through the drive-thru yesterday and put in a five person order for drinks and food; there was only one person working and she was incredibly efficient… like she needs a raise asap. she got our drinks and food orders in and made while taking care of customers inside, and when we got to the window she was evidently overwhelmed (i would be too) but she was so kind and made sure we had everything that we needed. we will be coming again.
