- SKSarah KeenMar 4, 20261.0I came in on my lunch break and ordered 3 smoothie meals. I received my food from one of the ladies there and Myia W was making my smoothies. She had an attitude from the moment I paid. I don’t know if she was upset that I didn’t tip on my take out order or what. She made all 3 people’s orders that came in after me before mine. I received my food within 3-5 minutes of paying and waited an additional 20 minutes to receive my smoothies. She stopped making my smoothies to go talk to two police officers that came in instead. After I receiving my smoothies after her conversation and the other two orders that were after mine, she delivered me the smoothies with two of them being made wrong. I called the store to complain about the service and the smoothies that were made wrong and Myia said she was the manager and “what would you like me to do about it?” It’s unfortunate that customer service has got to the point where the manager can even be rude. I wasn’t even trying to get anything for free. I just wanted my smoothies that I paid for to be the right smoothie and maybe a simple apology for the bad attitude and service. I can’t believe that is a manger to that store.

I expected a medium sized smoothie but it was huge, which also woulda cost more anywhere else. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Staff were great and very nice. Highly satisfied with everything and will go back to eat again.
