Staff is always rude. If you ever order delivery at this point, I’m pretty positive. They intentionally mess your order up never what I asked. If it’s delivery they’re always putting the chips under the subs. It’s almost like a joke. I’ve said something to him before they gave me an attitude just crappy service subpar Sub making and never wanna resolve anything. Just want to argue with you. A little further up the road you can get some firehouse Wawa anything would be better than this subway even the other subway I’d rather drive out of my way to go to the other subway

This is probably the cleanest Subway location I've been to. The guys behind the counter had my order ready fast and friendly. I don't normally tip at Subway, but on today's order, I was happy to do it.

This is the best experience I have ever had at a subway! Keith And Rakeisha are absolutely awesome! They are kind and provided exceptional customer service to everyone that entered that establishment. I witness Keith assisting the seniors with such care and concern, he is truly a gentleman. Rakeisha is engaging, supportive, and professional with every interaction. I provided them tips, however these two people here deserve praises and raises for going above and beyond and representing this company! Bless the both of you, I wish you well!

They do other orders before online orders.I literally watch two people sit down and eat and I was still waiting for an online order.It took thirty minutes

This subway is horrible. I called on march 5th because I had placed an order but the store location was not right for the area I was in at the time. It was set to my favorite location (which is this one because it’s closest to my house.) So I called the store to request a refund and the lady I spoke to said she would cancel the order when she was done doing whatever she was doing. Today March 10th, I placed an order for this location again (because now I’m back home in my area) and had to WALK up to the store to pick up my order. I told the lady that was there this morning that I never came and picked up my sandwich, that I had called to request a refund and still haven’t received my refund from my previous order, and asked if there was any way they could just remake the order. They basically took my info down and said they had to talk to their manager to make sure I wasn’t scamming them. I have my bank statement proving money was taken from my account and not put back. I have proof that I called. Proof of my order confirmation from the 5th and the 10th of March. And they still wanna believe I’m scamming them. This isn’t my first issue with them either. They don’t follow special instructions for online orders 90% of the time. Every time I order from here I normally have to call and have a sandwich remade.
