- JMJennifer Mason1 day ago3.0Please have more than 1 person there at lunch time. Waiting 20 minutes with only 2 people ahead of me is maddening. She did a great job keeping her cool as the customer line was increasing. Dealing with physical customers and website orders is too much for 1 person at lunch time! I've always had excellent service there. Today was the first time with issue. If it continues to be a 20-minute wait, I'll have to reconsider this location.

The second thing I want to mention is that when they were out of certain items temporarily they posted it right on the door so you knew before you entered. Everything was made perfectly and the brush was extremely fresh and soft and she did all the toppings properly and was very sweet and polite and professional. This will definitely be my main Subway for now on.
