When it came time to pay, our debit card kept getting rejected, even after the staff tried multiple registers and attempted to split the payment. We were about to remove items to pay in cash when the manager, Pedro, explained there was a software glitch preventing debit card payments over $50. He immediately stepped in and discounted our order by 35%, which allowed us to get everything we needed. With a little patience and understanding, what could have been a frustrating situation turned into a positive experience. Our whole family was extremely grateful for Pedro’s help and the Sanford team’s effort to make things right.

No joke, there was a point in time where I almost stopped eating Pollo Tropical because I’d constantly get let down but the service and quality of food here has been top notch. Pedro was so gracious to even give me a discount just out of the kindness of his heart. This is the spot y’all have to go to.
