The cashier provided extremely poor customer service—no smile, no politeness, and no willingness to help. I ordered 3 cookies and was charged for them individually, but she made no effort to mention that there was a deal where buying 4 would have been cheaper. That kind of basic courtesy and awareness goes a long way and was completely lacking. When I received my order, I said “thank you,” and she responded with a dismissive “aja,” which came across as very rude. I then asked for napkins, and instead of simply handing them to me, she told me to get them from another area. When I went there, there were none available. Overall, the interaction felt unwelcoming and careless. Customer service should at least meet a basic standard of politeness and helpfulness, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short.
