  I specifically asked for hot fries. Didn't see cooked to order on the screen and reiterated that I wanted hot fries. Had to pull aside to wait for my order and got lukewarm, old fries. Unacceptable.

  I placed a curbside mobile order at 8:51pm , I was already parked in the #2 spot and the app said that my order would be ready in a few minutes, I waited in that spot for 20 minutes and finally had to go inside to get my order. Unbelievably as soon as I walked in and spoke to someone they said the order JUST came through, which is a lie because the ticket on my bag(photos included) shows the ticket was printed at 8:52, not only did it take that long but the condition of my order when I arrived home which is only 1 1/2 miles from the location was concerning, you would think that they would make sure that my food would at least be fresh, the Fry's were barely warm and it looks like a toddler prepared the burgers. What a complete opposite experience that I have when I go there during the day. The staff during the day would have never let me leave with McDonald's food of that quality, and they would have done it with a smile and proud that they worked there. I love going there in the morning. I will NEVER go there again at night. Below subpar!!

  My food was cold and they didn't wanna fix it they said to bring the food back up there but who's paying for gas? Just to come up there and get it replaced it probably be cold again

  Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to…..Every-time I order food here I’m always told to pull to the side and I’m waiting 15 minutes for one little thing…. The managers there are definitely beyond rude and clearly don’t pay attention to they’re workers, the managers themselves aren’t even working or helping out… if they were I would have to pull around every damn time for a small fry….. This whole McDonald’s needs to be SHUT DOWN till they get it together in there. That’s definitely NOT customer service and they are working for a check that’s it…. They also can never take the orders correctly something is always missing or they didn’t ring it up, always upset because we’re reminding them of things they forgot to put in the bag from our order. I can go on and on about this place.
