The older woman at the register acted and looked as if she hated her life and her job! All she did was complain about the cars in the drive-thru, as if that's not what a drive-thru is. When leaving, I thanked her for her service, told her to have a great day, and to have a great Holiday, she didn't respond or even look in my direction! The older gentleman caught on and apologized for her, said thank you to me, and wished me a happy holidays as well! Customer service positions are not for everyone and could cost establishments their reputation!

- JJJaxNov 18, 20251.0After we placed our order painstakingly long through the AI screen, our 3 items without meals came out to just about $30. I arrived at the window and was not greeted, only given my amount. I paid, and when we got our food I asked for an extra ranch as we had order a chicken ranch club, and it looked dry. The young lady at the window responded with horrendous attitude snapping back like I had just asked for the impossible stating that there was an upcharge for sauce.
