Every time i come for breakfast, the AI ordering system makes a mistake and the staff wants to get an attitude with ME when I try to make corrections at the window. Crazy thing is they can hear us when we order, so not sure why it’s always a surprise or why they can’t get on the speaker and take the order when it starts glitching out.

I’m done eating Wendy’s from this location. Sadly this is the closest location to me but everytime I order food from here they give me the wrong order or don’t give me what I paid for. I ordered the Asiago Ranch spicy Chicken Club which is supposed to have lettuce, tomato , cheese and bacon so why did they give me a regular chicken sandwich with no toppings? And the chicken was overcooked and so dry and flavorless and hard to chew & wasn’t even the spicy chicken breast either. I give up with Wendy’s. Ima stick to chick fil a where my food is always good and fresh

They have an AI take your order, and it sucks.
And their drive-thru line is always long, and never moving. I've gotten stuck in their drive-thru for over 30 minutes.
