We walked in and had to loudly call to an employee after waiting almost 10 mins to have our order taken, and we were the only customers in the restaurant. Paid for a 16oz of cilantro garlic sauce, had to ask for it 2x, prove that we paid for it AND it was just over half filled....when we asked for it to be actually filled, Jasmin responded that it was full! 16oz is 16oz, 9 or 10.....and she refused to give us what we paid for. The tropichops were cold and the food was dried out!! This is unacceptable, and I would like a manger to contact me to fix this! Please retrain tour employees on customer service, it was nonexistent during our visit!

I hadn't been here in over a year and It's just not what it used to be, the food once we waited 20mins it was good. They seem to serve drive thru much better than walk ins.

But I was in this area for a trip and decided to give it a try must say this by far was the best pollo tropical I have had. I literally went back three days in a row.. The food was not salty to cause a headache like the other locations seasoned just right the chicken was cooked well not hard or dry very moist and the vegetable rice was good. Also got a tropical chop bowel 10/10 who ever is in the kitchen good work.
