  Absolute worst store ever! I’ve been a patron here for like 30 years when it was good experience. Dining rm/arcade/buffet all gone with the “move”. Ordered a couple of pizzas for delivery. Estimated time was 45 minutes. Ok Then after a hour and 15 minutes I decided to call the store. My order was cancelled by them with out any explanation then hung up on. I tried calling back multiple times to get an explanation but no answer. I used another phone number and magically they answered. I was immediately transferred to hold then over to their corporate line when no one answered me on hold and even corporate had no explanation but said “ they don’t know why my order was cancelled or why no one answered my many calls and they would contact the store manager for them to contact me directly to explain why or who cancelled my order.” No call ever came! Surprise! Now nearly 2 hours wasted waiting and calling for no response. Hungry kids and irritated wife waiting for food wasn’t a pleasant experience. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING HERE! Avoid them and you will be better off. So many other pizza options here I haven’t missed them one bit. I did get a refund but lost time and gained a ton of frustration. Workers/ management and corporate are terrible here!
