He won't return calls and I have all the documents he needs . I can't imagine how Pizza Hut has gone downhill this bad. I don't think these poor kids slaving behind the counter are to blame ,when it's our of there hands to refund. Such an easy process to varify purchase and than confirm the merchandise was never delivered after 1 hr 15 minutes to be told they don't deliver this far . The worst business and still no call back as of Nov 3 /12 :21.Lisa and the other Young lady I guess did there best to resolve by sending me to the GM...Boy what a load of bull, weeks to get a call back hopefully...then there gonna say there is a waiting period for the refund to show on my card..I would have drove and picked up the pizza to solve the headache..I know there busy in corporate,but they should let the managers handle customer issues as simple.
