I had rewards that was a BOGO for $5 and the cashier couldn’t figure it out plus the rewards for 50% off bakery. Needless to say I ended up paying $29 for 2 half sandwiches and a small bowl of Mac & cheese with a pastry and no drink . That’s ridiculous.

She just took the. She had an attitude . She just threw the baguette in the bag. Not even wrapping whatsoever and I dressed that with her. She said well that's the way they told us to do it just threw it in the bag like that. Believe you, me, Panera bread and Sanford is the worst finding out later on. She the manager ,she's miserable. She didn't want to be there. I guess I get it. Why did I go to that panara bread when I usually go to the one in Longwood casselberry? That's what I get.

I have no idea how she still has a job with how rude and short she is. I placed an order to be ready at a certain time and I was 10 minutes late but it still wasn't ready. There was maybe 3 customers in the whole place and only one other customer ahead of me who was ALSO waiting on a pick up order. There were about 5 bags of pick up orders open on the counter waiting to be sealed and put on the counter but this lady was so focused on other unnecessary things instead of helping waiting customers. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this location. Don't offer a service if you can't handle it.
