My wife and I buy your sip club, fifty and hundred dollar gift cards on a regular basis. We always have a balance gift card in our account, but with you treating us like this I may just start looking for a new place for lunch and dinner. I don’t like not being appreciated as a customer since I consider myself to be quite loyal to your restaurant. This is the type of actions that cause your doors to close and lock because you get greedy for little things like this that make a big difference with your customers.
