  Staff just sit in the back having full conversations with each other instead of helping customers at front counter and I’m also an Uber Eats delivery driver and always have trouble at this location with orders coming out on time. As for HR or higher ups, I’d suggest you look over this location and actually see what’s going on because I’ve been here several times this week and it’s just ridiculous the service that’s here. I also just ordered some food and they gave me literally cold food.

  I'm still having a hard time understanding why there's no employees taking orders at the counter I went through the kiosk and apparently I ordered the wrong coffee got iced coffee instead of hot coffee when I brought this to one of the employer's attention they seemed to be bothered

  I ordered earlier today, ate my food but ended up saving my drink for later because I had another drink I took from home. Later today I decided to get my drink to finish it and to my surprise when I’m almost done with it I take a sip and feel something moving in my mouth so I go spit it out and what came out of my drink was a whole hair. This is disguising this is not clean or even close to following rules to dealing with food. I’m sick to my stomach now I tried calling but like always nobody is picking up the phone. Don’t waste your time and money going somewhere where maintaining cleanliness is not a priority and not having your employees use the proper use of the uniform like wearing something on your head to prevent this happening.

  Not a normal restaurant. It's only app. Use or kiosk. No condiments in eating area. Meat was not cooked all the way, I had to return it. All food was cold to the touch. 1 employee had hair hanging in face, not a good place to be eating if you want it hair free. Manager, Mackinze, is great but I think over her head Too many employees standing around and rushing to get out cold food.

  Ordered a meal and didnt get any dipping sauce with it asked the worker standing at the front desk for some and she refused to help us for no reason.. absolutely useless staff go somewhere else and dont waste your time here this is the worst McDonalds ive ever been to in my life
