- GGGus Grana1 day ago1.0Ordered breakfast at 10 a.m. via app for pickup. Within a few minutes, I got confirmation that it was ready for pickup. I ran into traffic and arrived around 10:45. They told me that the confirmation that it was ready did not matter. If you do not arrive by 10:30 a.m., even if you receive confirmation it is ready, the order is automatically canceled. I looked at the app; the order was not canceled as they claimed, and there was no mention of the policy they mentioned. They said they had nothing to do with the app and could do nothing at the store. I had to cancel the order myself. I believe they lied about the policy and that they actually do not fill orders until people arrive. They have made mistakes with orders in the past, but I always let it go because they were slammed and it was my fault for not checking the bag before leaving. However, the lying and the way they went about addressing it was it for me. Will never go there again.
