The normal one I go to was closed for some reason and yet again they just mess up my order half my order isn’t wrapped properly and falling into the bag. Not to mention how long it took to get the food. None of my food had monopoly pieces physically or digitally and my nuggets came in a quarter pounder box. Just avoid this location.

Anytime I try to say something they just give a half shrug and apologize but doesn't sound sincere, like they're annoyed I'm bothering them. I came to feed my daughter because she was hungry and I didn't have much money on me but I had free sandwich and fry on the app I was going to use and they turned us away because they were closed early. Mind you it says open 24 hours so they're not supposed to close at all. My daughter crying because she's hungry and nobody cared. So over this place and nobody caring that the food they serve is nasty and old and cold and hard. I hope people stop coming to this location and maybe then they'll wake up and start to care and do something about the food and staff.

I made an online order for breakfast because the app said to place it by 10:29am, which we ordered before that, and when we got to the location, they refused to make our online order for us and told us to cancel our order through the app even though when you go to the app, it tells you that the restaurant needs to be the ones to issue the refund. Not very great experiences at this location whatsoever.
