We get to the pick up window and they had forgot to ring in a drink (no biggie) but the manager tells us we have to go back through the drive through again if we want to add it. At this point theres literally a line around the building behind us. Awful customer service.

This McDonald’s either needs to change its hours or needs to higher better people who aren’t lazy or disrespectful to costumers.
- JVJuan ValentinDec 5, 20251.0Stopped in for the first time in just over a year, highly disappointed. Took over 20 minutes to get good, and that's only because I got up to ask. When I did receive our food, we were missing a burger, which I had to wait for. The area was relatively clean, but the lobby was filling up with upset customers that were waiting for food for almost 30 minutes, and other people that smelled like weed who didn't even order food, just there to hang out. My family wanted eat quick and get out. Overall, we wouldn't visit this establishment again, especially for the money new spent, it's renovated where they separate the employees with the customers, and trying to get their attention for something takes almost 3-5 minutes which is ridiculous. Waist is time, and service wasn't great, a long with the sketchy area.
