  This place has changed owners 3x in a short time of about a year. The original owners were amazing; friendly and the food was great. It has gone downhill. The last few times, they either don't have most of the items to choose from or ran out of sauces. The tables are dirty despite them not being busy at all. Ice machine ran out of ice, some of the drinks and no one notices or cares. The staff is not friendly at all. I will not be returning! I shouldn't feel like I am bothering the employees/owner when I am simply ordering some food.

  The pickles smelled and tasted fishy and were grey in color, the salad was drenched and soggy, and the falafel was not very well composed and bland as well. They forgot hummus and the tzatziki was scarce. I saw the reviews and wanted to try this place, was not impressed.. the wrap has a nice crisp from the grill, is probably the only positive thing I found that makes this worth 2 star. I hope the staff here finds a way to take pride in their work because this is how established restaurants go out of business.

  Diarrhea!!! I’m sure other had good experiences eating here, and i hope I’m one of them. Maybe try eating right when they open when the food is still fresh. I went in near closing time and I guess their foods are no longer fresh. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant. The server was friendly. Food looks good, but I won’t go again anytime soon. And definitely not ordering anything cold like cucumber kale salad that has been sitting for a while. Also, the rice was dry and some grains feel tough, like eating rocks.

  We have been going here since they opened. The original management was a lot more friendly and certainly provided a better product. They made the decision to stop carving meat fresh off the spit. Instead they have it precooked and held in a makeshift warmer which destroys the quality of the product. The portion size is down significantly as well. I complained and they accommodated by fixing the issue which I appreciate but I shouldn't have to complain to be served a quality product. I also dislike that even when I choose to dine in my food gets crammed into a Styrofoam takeout container. In the past they always used a nice disposable platter to serve food on. Downgrade. The potential for this place is still there but they need to start doing things right again if they want to survive.
