First two times I came a black lady was professional and fast with service. I was looking forward a new dunkin as i relocate and will not be going to the one in Orlando.
Yesterday, out of strawberry for my refresher, burnt croissant for my sandwich. I come back today, I order my usual sausage egg on a croissant, 3 vanilla frosted with sprinkles and large strawberry drangonfruit. I settle for the mango okay I’m a GM in food service i understand, but I don’t understand is the service. Back lady in window around 10:05am hands me 1 donut, I said I order 3 donuts , she said don’t worry about paying I’ll get the other two donuts for you. I hear her go back and forth with the other employee who took my order, she made her charge me for the donuts. I get down the road it’s the incorrect donuts I get strawberry with sprinkles instead vanilla.
Black lady was very apologetic and professional but the person who took the order should’ve repeated the order back and got my order right the first time.
If I get another issue like this again, I will be looking to go to another dunkin with better service and quality.

Go to any other dunkin lol, service is so incredibly slow and on top of that they’re rude and give attitude, everytime I’ve come they’ve shown attitude and disrespect towards customers.

It takes a lot for me to write a review, but here goes. I visited today 02/9/26 @ around 10:00 and received the worst service from DD from this location. I usually visit early in the morning around 5-7am and the Puerto Rican lady with the short, blonde hair gets my order right. She should get a raise because she seems to also keep the other employees in check which I think the crew from today lacks tremendously. She is the only reason I’m considering giving 2 stars.
I placed a mobile order for a decaf iced latte not even 12min before picking up my order. When I received the coffee, it was completely watered down as if it were an iced coffee so I politely asked if it can be remade and expressed my concern. Immediately I heard an employee bicker in the background saying “well she needs to come and pick it up asap” basically insinuating you shouldn’t place a mobile order. They ended up remaking my order but this time it was all ice filled to the top and barely any product. I went inside and asked them to remake it again because I did not ask for extra ice. The lady at the counter didn’t even make eye contact she just bluntly stated YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT. So I waited. Heard them bicker saying “well we cant make it again” and “I JUST REMADE THAT.” Then another girl remade the drink this time no ice and all milk, the drink was white. I now felt like they were just messing around with me. I told her there’s no ice and it’s all milk… that’s not what my order was. My order was simple as can be: iced decaf latte with 2 pumps of liquid cane sugar, how can you get that wrong? This crew needs some serious retraining. In all my years of going to DD I’ve never had the amount of incompetence i experienced today. Seriously, corporate needs to come and evaluate this crew asap.

Okay I don’t usually write reviews on places I don’t go to often BUT…. It was 20 minutes before closing and I ordered online and they were missing two of my hot items because they shut everything down for cleaning but I got 12 donuts and 3 muffins instead GREAT SERVICE 👍
