    This location has got to be one of the worse Dunkin’ locations in central Florida.. the amount of times they have consistently messed up a basic order is unbelievable. I stopped coming to this particular Location due to consistent frustration over how bad the service is., I finally decided to give them another shot after a year of avoiding this location and nothing has changed. They messed up my order and served me burnt food. I can’t make this up. Why is the service so atrocious at this location?. Does Anyone in corporate care to fix these issues??

    My sandwich was burnt and it looked like someone sat on it. I ordered hash browns and the bag wasn’t filled all the way there was only 5 and they were undercooked. Never going there again.

    I gave them a 1 star because it doesn’t give you the option to give them 0 star. The service is horrible, they always mess up my order. Several times I ordered a Hot Cocoa with whipped cream and they give me a Hot Coffee with whipped cream. How hard can this be. Staff there is rude and if you go inside the store they ignore you until you speak up loud. If you go through the drive through it takes for ever for them to take the order and they never greet you with a good morning and when you go to the window they basically give you the drink without acknowledging you. There is only a guy there that is nice but still he messes up the orders. Avoid this store.

    Been to this location a couple of times and always is a Terrible service disrespectful and didn’t get the order right the coffee taste like water and no good manners was given towards customers. And Also store was not busy with 4 employees talking to each other and making customers waiting for no reason, try and avoid this location poor customer service.
