  Hello Manager, my wife has been trying to get the BOGO Magic Big Buford deal at this restaurant several times and each time she gets an excuse from your employees why it doesn't work. It did work for her once last year in maybe November or December. But the last couple times including today 2/25/26 the lady tells her the Magic have to win and that is not correct! They only have to score 110 points or more to get the BOGO deal. I have included the photo sent out from your corporate office to my email when the deal is active only the day after the game. Please help to get this fixed and train your employees to know about the deal. She didn't even see it show up in the system.

  Honestly this is the best Checker’s I’ve ever been to. I went twice in one week and my food was ready quickly, was hot and fresh, and the employees were very kind and gave service on the level of Chick-fil-a. This is rare for me to experience at a Checker’s and I’m glad to have found this location.

  These staff members are getting worse and worse!! Patience is not a factor at checkers. The cashier in a red and black jacket crudely rushed me to get the drinks from her hand. Rolled her eyes at me and is heavily breathing at me annoyed in front of my children because I didn’t grab my drink fast enough! I didn’t realize I was breaking the system by moving a bottle my apologies. I have some great days here some awesome interactions but I’ve never had a drink practically pushed into my hand. Safe to say I won’t bother by coming back

  I’ve eaten here a lot in the past… but I just bit into raw chicken. And I’m about 8 months pregnant. I immediately spit it out because the texture obviously but I am beyond appalled… my husband decided to pick this up around 10:30pm 2/12/26 and he said he got a refund which was kind… but I can’t get over the fact it’s so raw and that I put raw chicken in my mouth pregnant. I know it’s just mom fear of getting some kind of serious bacteria with the baby. I won’t be eating here again - I can’t imagine how this could’ve happened.

  The lady working the drive thru between 11pm and 11:15pm on 02/06/26 needs an attitude adjustment. Dark hair, big bun on the top of her head, pale skin and loop earrings that looked like squiggly plastic, tall and a bit stocky. I asked if the AI got the details of my sandwich right (after it read it back a bit oddly) and she stared at me deadpan for a moment before just saying, "yeah." The AI read my order back as having upgraded my combo (with shake) to a large, she handed me a small, I told her the AI confirmed I upgraded and she said, "well that's a small.' I asked for my receipt as proof and she said she couldn't give me one, "my machine is broke," with a smile, and told me to go park. It always takes me forever to get my food while I watch 5 or 6 other orders get completed. I don't know why I continue visiting. Calling the manager in the morning. The food usually isn't terrible. Edit to add: I just opened my sandwich and my bacon is missing! This lady looked me in my face and told me yes when I asked if my sandwich was a crispy chicken only bacon, lettuce, and cheese. I'm at work so I can't go back tonight. (:
