    Burnt disgusting boneless wings, soggy old fries, 3 combos over 60 dollars. Called store to request new food, rude woman says store is closed (after answering the phone), and doesn't allow me to express my concerns, just says you can call tomorrow

    First off, you can't expect much from Charleys, but you don't even get that low quality. 40 bucks for two regular cheese steaks? oh yes. Extra cheese on a 3 cheese bacon? they are gonna charge you 8 dollars, EIGHT DOLLARS with a straight face because technially it's three different cheeses. We barely got cheese with our double cheese. They slather it in mayo, and I do not think they cook the meat fresh. I think it was grabbed out of a bag like Subway does. This is horrible. I felt sick. Got ripped off and that's just on the way in. After the food, it was even worse. I had to eat/drink something else to get the taste out of my mouth.
