I am very disappointed with the service I received tonight. We waited over an hour for our food and was told by our server 45 mins in that there would be a delay and our food would come out shortly. Another 20 mins passed. I requested a manager and the female manager came apologized and said another 5 mins and for our inconvenience we'd get a complimentary desert. We got our food another 7 mins later and a new manager came to our table and apologized and said he would check in on us in a bit. We ate and then requested boxes. The new manager never came, was not given a discount or anything on our check. Then when I received my card back the woman manager came and then gave me 2 complimentary cards to use. I asked if I could use the free dessert card and she said "NO" because I already paid. Never in my life have I experienced such shitty service from a place I go to often. I don't ever put negative reviews but this was not okay on so many levels.

Went for lunch with my mom for her birthday along with my toddler, we were here for a little over an hour and the waitress did not pay attention to us for a solid 15 mins before she even came to take our order, they gave us the wrong sauce for my moms mozz sticks she can’t have anything remotely spicy, and messed her order up, I waited majority of that time for an appetizer that they had forgotten about. I don’t think I will come back or at least to this location again. My mom comes fairly frequently and has never once experienced anything like this here.
If you're looking to go out for lunch while shopping at the mall, this may not be the best choice. But if you're looking for a great night out with a special someone or you want to give your family a treat, Carrabba's is a great family-friendly place to go. There is usually a wait, so you'll want to get there early if you can. The service was extraordinary. The food was exquisite. And the environment is perfect. The perfect balance of delicate lighting and ambience. I would say that anything that you like, that is on the menu, would be a great recommendation. Some people like pork, some people like seafood, some people just want pasta. Whatever your flavor their menu options are going to tantalize your taste buds. Personally if they have the fresh pork, I would recommend the pork chops. But I have also had their pasta dishes and they are delicate, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. All in all, if you're going to have to wait to eat, Carrabba's is worth the wait.

20min wait for a table is not bad, but 50 min for the entree was horrible. We did not get our meal until about 9:15pm last night. Main floors were dirty; bathrooms had garbage overflowing. Plenty of staff- 4 at hostess stand! The waitress was nice but I feel bad for her because every table near us was complaining about the time and the actual food, which was also bad. Calamari was just over-peppered breading. Kids ravioli was drowning in tepid red sauce. Seafood pasta had to be sitting under a lamp too long because the shrimp and scallops were rubbery. The lemon caper sauce on the chicken piccata was a congealed salty blob. My Caesar salad was good and that’s about it. What a waste of my money and time.

We always go to Carrabba's to celebrate special occasions. Plus, for any other reason that might happen. We always know the food will be excellent and perfectly prepared. We order the same entre. Why change when it is the best? Also the service is always superior ever time. This last visit Wednesday was definitely up to the high standard we have set. Our waitress, Rebecca, was outstanding. She was attentive, friendly and most pleasant with every visit to our table.
Thank you for having a comfortable relaxing restaurant atmosphere, talented chefs and the most accomidating efficient servers, Rebecca for example.
