  Hate to be a hater but this place cannot cook proteins for the life of them! My steak came underdone and in the past I’ve had chicken overcooked, it’s really frustrating. The bread is good but this chain has really gone downhill man.

  Steak was wrong 4 times. They reused the same piece of meat every time. I had to ask for help only after the bill was brought, which is insane. Still charged. Food was disgusting and service was unacceptable. Frankly one of the worst Dining expirenses. Just writing this sounds crazy. FOUR TIMES still charged. Holy Moly save your money and go somewhere else. Disgusting

  We had an amazing experience at the Sanford, FL Carrabba's location on Christmas Eve. We made a call ahead reservation for a party of 12 and when we arrived they were expecting us and the table was set up in a perfect location for our group. The hostess was so polite and friendly. Andrew, who was bartending, was very kind and engaging when some of us had a pre-dinner cocktail at the bar. Once seated, Beth, our server, did ,an amazing job of taking care of our group that consisted of 1 infant, 3 kids and 8 adults. She was very attentive, patient and friendly. We stayed for three hours and were never rushed or felt pressured to leave. The food and wine were delicious. Everyone in the group was very impressed with all aspects of the evening. Thanks for making our Christmas Eve dinner a first class experience.

  Very disappointing experience. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food to be served, which is completely unacceptable. When the food finally arrived, the Chicken Bryant was burnt on the bottom (see attached picture), clearly overcooked and something that should never have been sent out. On top of that, my steak was stone cold when it was served, which made it obvious the food had been sitting for a while. Between the extremely long wait time and the poor food quality, this was a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place based on this visit.

  Carrabba’s Italian Grill was the perfect spot for our girls’ night! The service was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out perfectly timed without us ever feeling rushed. Drinks stayed full, food was hot and delicious, and the overall energy made the night even more fun. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. We laughed, relaxed, and had an amazing time. Highly recommend Carrabba’s for great food and even better service—we’ll definitely be back! 🍝🍷💖
