  I just finished picking up my takeout order. I normally love this location as it's always lively and the atmosphere is amazing! The service is usually very good... But tonight was not... I'd placed an order over the phone and whoever the gentleman was that I spoke to was absolutely lovely! I was actually looking forward to meeting him when I came to pick up my food. When I walked in the takeout door, I saw two other people waiting in line for their order and I waited at the counter...then waited about five minutes more. Another gentleman came in to pick up his food as well. All of us waiting for all the very long time. Mind you, THERE WERE WORKERS THERE near the front area looking at us ...and we (waiting for our food orders) looked back at them like "HELLO?" Can we get some help over here? Eventually one woman came over and asked us all of our names for our orders and disappeared to the back... There was no "sorry for the wait" or, "so sorry we had to figure something out with the orders". Now let's be perfectly clear, this is a Monday, so it's not busy in the restaurant either. They're about maybe two other people in booths eating while the rest of us were waiting for our to go orders. We finally get our food, I pay, and leave, and go directly to my car to write this review. I've worked in the hospitality industry for a very long time(restaurants, theme parks, and now hotels). So I get it, down time and slow times happen, but when there's literally a guest at the desk waiting for service, for food that they've paid for, you're just going to stand there? Unacceptable. Yes, I will be returning because the wings are amazing here and that's why this is the only wing place that I actually like and it's close to my house as well. But please, get better wait staff or train them to be more efficient and alert. Thank you!

  Great service on New Year’s. We watched a whole football game. Our beer never was empty. Ashley was so nice - great service

  I am writing this review because I genuinely care about health of customers still going to this place. I went to BWW back in 2016 in California and food is delicious. I am back again after 10 yrs at lake Mary location. I want to ask the restaurant. Are you sure that traditional wings are fresh. I can smell rotten meat, Chewy and not consumable for humans. May be rats and vultures. Please don’t go here people it’s not worth your health.

  Shut this place down!!! This place is disgusting, food is not fresh. Bathroom was covered in throw up. Under staffed. 20 minutes wait to sit with an empty dining room.
