  This is an amazing location and service. Staff truly go above and beyond to ensure you get your choice of drink and food and it is so nice to see the staff smiling and friendly that just makes one feel brighter. Thank you so much for helping me enjoy the creamiest matcha latte ever

  From my experience this location never fails. My drinks are always spot on. And even if I’m on the other side of town, I will make my way to this store. There always a smile at the window and offer great solutions to any item they have to substitute to my order. Great job! Spread kindness!

  Coffee was made wrong was not good at all. On top of that the additude of the workers is not great.

  Employees are rude and won’t offer solutions for their mess ups they would rather tell me im wrong and they’re right rather than just admit that they made a mistake. It’s the crack of dawn whyyyy do we have attitudes so early in the morning
