    I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The manager, Brian, was consistently rude and unprofessional during our visit. When we asked for items like chips and drinks, his responses felt dismissive and made the interaction uncomfortable. What stood out most was that this behavior wasn’t just directed at us—I also observed him speaking rudely to other customers and even to employees. It created an unpleasant environment overall. I understand that everyone can have an off moment, but this felt like a pattern rather than a one-time issue. I hope management looks into this, as it negatively impacted our experience.

    Would not recommend. Poor service with staff clearly below standards in class, competence, and performance. Place was disgusting and deserves a visit from a health inspector. Food quality is sub par with avocados browning on the food line and no manager in sight (or insight). But, Chick-fil-A is next door.

    This location has gone downhill, I am so disappointed. It was dirty inside, unlike the usual we are used to seeing as we do go to this location frequently. Service was decent, the young man helping me was very kind, but when we needed lettuce for the salad bowl, they couldn’t get it in time and his superior said “just use the other lettuce”, I would have appreciated being asked if I’d wait for the other lettuce (honestly it wouldn’t have mattered as much until the next thing happened). The worst is that I came home and as I was eating I found the sticker from an avocado in my bowl..see photo. I don’t complain often but this is not okay..are your ingredients cleaned before making the food for your customers? Where is your quality control? I’m pregnant right now I didn’t think I’d have issues with you guys but obviously this isn’t the case.

    I hate to leave a negative review, but this is now the second time I’ve experienced the same issue. A couple of months ago, the employee who prepared my food also handled the register while still wearing the same gloves, then went right back to making food. I reported it to the main office and received a generic “we’ll notify the manager” response. Today, my wife went in and witnessed the exact same thing. This is a basic food safety standard, and it’s concerning that nothing has changed. Situations like this are exactly how businesses lose customer trust.     I love chipotle in general. This is the worst store. They say they don’t have plain white rice, but it’s only 11:30AM. So they either need to make more or they just don’t make any at all?! Needless to say I left.
