  The tenders and fries were great, but I wasn’t acknowledged by the employees when I came up to the counter to check on my mobile order status and thats when they started making my order which added a couple more minutes. Also I payed for large fries and got small instead so I had to go ask an employee (female) that gracefully gave me large fries. My colleague order was ready but they didnt call his name either. I would love to go back if the service is faster and I am acknowledged when I go to the register. I am available to talk more about ideas and what can Improve, because I believe you guys make great food and it can be the complete best.

  Absolutely the best chicken tenders out of all of the tender places around. They are fresh and have a perfect breading. Not to heavy not to light just right ! The peach sauce is my favorite with just the right amount of spice to make it interesting to the taste buds. The biscuits are so good I eat them plain! Made fresh and hot every time. One of my favorite places to eat

  Late breakfast decision. Having free food in the app was a benefit. Problem is the app never seems to give the free food it offers. Today, a traveling manager, Joe, was sitting in the lobby. With his assistance, and an extremely helpful Christian, at the counter, we received our free offer. Joe indicated he was going to contact IT and Christian processed the items quickly. Food was hot and well prepared. The excellent customer service made the experience positive.

  I understand its hard to find adults to work for todays wages in fast food restaurants, but a recommendation to the hiring manager is to hire more mature young adults. The girls were quick to agitate when I asked for other sauces and one rolled her eyes. Good food though but they did mess up one of my sides, regardless Ill be back and hope for a different staff next time lol

  I like the food at Bojangles, but the service at this location is absolutely terrible because of the manager. I tried to order from the second drive thru line, but they were only taking orders from the first line. I repeatedly said hello with no answer. I figured the speaker was not working. I drive up to the window and told them that I have been waiting at the second speaker, but no one is answering. I asked them to take my order at the window since the speaker was not working. The employee at the window asked the manager if he could do that, and the manger asked what I was ordering. I told him 3 combos, then the manger said that no they could not fill that order in 2-3 minutes so I could not order. She said I would have to drive back around and order at the first window. I explained I already waited and the second line was open. They have cones, so she should have closed the second line if she was not going to use it. I asked her again to take my order. This time she said if I did not drive around and order then she would call the cops. If this how they do business at this location, then this is why this location will fail just like the previous one that was at the location where the Sanford Chik-fil-a is now. Save yourself the frustration of the poor service and go to the KFC or Chik-fil-a down the road. I did ask for the store owner or district manager name and number, but the manger said she would not give it to me, nor would she give me her name. I have tried repeatedly to contact Bojangles, but they have or will not respond.
