  Went through the drive through, real tired after an event. I was looking at the menu on my phone considering I’m in the passenger seat, and asked to give me just a moment.. less than a minute in the worker gives me a nasty attitude complaining that she ‘can’t make the food if I don’t order it.’ It’s confusing enough she doesn’t know how to use the headset and there’s two people talking over eachother. Looking at other reviews terrible attitudes are a common occurrence 🤔

  I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru with a car full of FIVE kids under the age of 6, all screaming and crying because they were hungry—and getting even more upset because they could see I was stressed. One of my children is on the autism spectrum, which made the situation even harder. Instead of any understanding, the manager was immediately rude and told me I couldn’t order 50 nuggets because she was “saving them for other customers.” After going back and forth, she finally gave me the order—but when I checked my bag, a sandwich I PAID for was missing. I went inside expecting a simple fix, but instead the same manager had a terrible attitude and straight up accused me of lying. I even offered to PAY for another sandwich just to avoid any issues, and somehow it still escalated to the point where she banned me from the premises. On top of that, after spending about $60, she refused to give me a receipt when I asked so I could file a complaint. I literally had to take one off the counter myself. She also claimed there was no corporate number and no one above her, which is extremely concerning. This was beyond disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I was treated like I was trying to scam them when I was just trying to feed my kids. Corporate seriously needs to review this location, check the cameras, and address the behavior of this manager.

  First, when you walk in the place the door is totally broken so slams behind you violently almost.... then it's filthy inside and the attitudes of the workers are just terrible there. Today I had to do an order for DoorDash to deliver and I rode my e-bike all the way there and went to go pick it up and someone had already picked it up but not for the customer! Someone probably stole it and they wouldn't remake it for me boo! So the customer didn't get their food and I didn't get paid. ... Not cool Wendy's in St Petersburg Florida!

  Lakeisha or Laquisha is amazing. Little mix up on the order in the Drive-Thru for the guy in a gold tahoe Sat night. She made everything right.

  The worst. I placed a mobile order that included Frosties. After a 10 minute wait they gave me my order without the Frosties. They said the ice cream machine was broken. I said I had paid for two Frosties. No refund was offered. This isn’t the first problem I’ve had with this place. Don’t waste your money here. This place sucks.
