  I love this tropical smoothie they always have what I need. There friendly and the place is always clean. Their food is good and it's always made the same. Their employees are wonderful. I am at this tropical smoothie at least once a week.

  I ordered curbside. The sign said to call the number when you arrived. The phone rang several times when someone finally did answer they were rude. To top it all off my smoothie was gross (probably the kale and that’s my fault) but it wasn’t properly blended and had so many chunks. I was disappointed.

  The place is clean but they give me a rock solid acai bowl wth how im supposed to eat that like that !! Its very disappointing

  I ordered the breakfast wrap with spinach, feta eggs and roasted red pepper To go, along with an island green smoothie. The wrap Was cold and tasteless, Which was surprising because it is advertised to be sold hot. The smoothie was One I always order, but this one was too sweet, not like the other tropical smoothies make it. The guy at the register was not overly friendly or helpful and the cleanliness of the place was not reassuring. The Seminole tropical smoothie is 10 times better. I would recommend the one on West Bay, also but I will never come to this one again

  Visited today to order two smoothies. Every time someone tried to order something they would say, “oh we are out of…” they made you pay before saying they were out of the fruit needed to make your smoothie (strawberries, açaí, etc) and then said they couldn’t refund you because they didn’t have a manager there. So I walked out spending $17.73 with no food or smoothies. Horrible location being run by teenagers, not an adult. I expect a refund.
