  This is the worst Taco Bell in Pinellas Co. Don't expect your food to be ready if you order through app. 20+min wait after arriving at store. Then no apology. It's right near my house and i have had so many bad experiences both dining in or online ordering that I bypass this Taco Bell and go to 5th and 34th. As they seem to either be managed better or have employees that care about customer service.

  Typical mid Taco Bell that gives the rest a bad rep foods cold half full you say no tomato's they're still gonna put them on foods dryer than the Sahara desert don't bother asking for a water cup to wash it down they won't give you one practically a choking hazard that's $6 dollar Chalupa is gonna damn near break your teeth cause it's been sitting out since 10 am harder than a rock keep driving down the street and stop at the next Taco Bell trust

  As I'm sitting here eating my saucless meal, I would love to eat my taco salad with a fork, oh wait I don't have one of those. I would like to wipe my hands with napkins after eating this taco salad but wait I don't have those either. Please add these items when needed and asked for. That's just crappy service. I called 3 times no answer

  It took 35 minutes to get my order that was placed on the app. I had 5 items so not a huge order. Staff is miserable and hate their jobs so much that one guy was literally yelling and slamming things in the prep area. The only person that seemed to care was the one working the drive thru. I heard the mad employee tell the others "it's not my job" multiple times. It was complete chaos and by the time they actually completed the order 1/2 of the food (that has been sitting in the bag in the prep area) was completely cold. Taco Bell, I've been to this store 100 times over my lifetime & I tried to make a complaint on your website but you want me to enter the store number. You can't easily find the store number and you can't lodge a complaint with TB only using the order number, or I would have made this complaint on your website instead of Google.

  I like to think I’ve got a pretty elite nose like, bloodhound level awareness when it comes to smells. Lately I’ve been on a steady diet of the Taco Bell Cantina Chicken Burrito 😝 and I’ve started noticing something… concerning. Every time I get my order, the wrapping and the paper bag have this distinct “is that black mold?” aroma. At first I thought, okay, maybe just that one location. But no I’ve been to multiple Taco Bell spots in different cities, and the smell is consistently there, like it’s part of the seasoning. Naturally, I went down the internet rabbit hole expecting to find a full blown investigation… and instead found a handful of Reddit posts from other suspiciously sniffy individuals having the same experience. So now I’m stuck wondering lol Is this some kind of universal packaging scent I’m just now noticing? or am I out here developing a sixth sense specifically for burrito related mold detection?
