This is supposed to be fast food but, I waited in line for about 15 minutes. Got to the window they acted like they didn’t know what my order was the man at the window was very rude. I asked how he was doing today. He said what not great customer service not how you treat people McDonald’s needs to close down. The food was OK thank you

I stopped by this McDonald’s today to get a large cup of water. Upon ordering, I was told I was unable to get a cup of water by itself and I’d have to order something else. I know this is not the case as I had purchased a large cup of water the night before. After explaining this to the lady on the speaker, she informed me that I’d have to buy a bottle of water (which was almost four times the cost.) When I went to the window to get my water, I waited for 5 minutes to receive a single bottle of water. The restaurant was not busy, there were maybe four cars parked outside and one other car in the drive through. Do not recommend.
Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff is completely incompetent. Another customer and I ordered our food and waited for 30 minutes, and then another man came in and placed a huge order and got his food almost immediately while me and the other gentleman were waiting still. I tried to tell management about it and she just shrugged and said this is the 3rd time it’s happened.
This, specifically, was an isolated incident, but I have problems and long wait times every single time I go to this location. Avoid it at all costs.
Inside is shady as hell. My dad and I went in to see 3 stuck up teenager boys who only ordered 2 THINGS and they were holding us up by one kid didn't have enough on his apple pay so he had to call his mom. I am NOT walking back inside this McDonald's again. Sticking to the drive thru. It's also really dark and depressing.

I had a disappointing beginning experience at the McDonald's on 62nd Street North in St. Petersburg, although it did get better by the end and I appreciated that.
I ordered my food at the self-service kiosk and asked a young employee if I could have my drink cup so I could sit down while waiting for my order. She told me I had to wait until she finished helping another customer, which I understood. However, the way she spoke to me from the beginning felt very rude and dismissive.
After she finished bagging the customer’s order and filling his drink, I politely asked again for my cup. She rolled her eyes and said she was “trying to help.” I simply asked if she could please give me my drink cup so I could sit down. I also showed her my receipt so she could see that I had ordered a large drink. At that point she walked away and got the manager.
Thankfully, the manager ( Precious) handled the situation very well. She came over, spoke respectfully, and said she would talk to the employee. She brought me my drink, realized it was the wrong one, and immediately fixed it. She also brought my food out to me and was very professional the entire time.
The manager did speak with the employee, and both of them came back to my table. The employee apologized for being rude, and I did appreciate that. I told them I would include in my review that she apologized because that did mean a lot.
The reason I’m giving this location 4 stars is because the manager handled the situation very professionally. She listened, corrected the mistake quickly, and took the time to address the issue with the employee. I really appreciated the effort to make things right, and it turned the experience into a much better one by the end.
