Dah! , no wonder they're losing business. Let's put humans to work again. So couldn't complete my order in the drive through and had to go inside. Next time I will drive on to a mom and pops.

This is why AI is NOT better. The food was hot so that's certainly a plus but the overall quality is so different (just like everything else these day). It would just be nice if the amount were charged was actually worthy of the quality of product we receive.

The ingredients are terrible - crunchy burgers, stale buns, soggy lettuce, etc. They screwed my order up and it had to be remade because it was covered in ingredients I had asked to be left off. The staff was apologetic and remade it. It was made correctly, but it was still terrible. Another customer overheard me explaining what was wrong with my order and told me the location hires anyone with a pulse, doesn't train them well and then has high turn over.
