Unfortunately, everyone having a bad experience takes the time to leave a review but when they get everything right, we typically just take it for granted and enjoy the food while it's hot and go back about our day so establishments like this Wendy's get a bad reputation according to the reviews which is why I wanted to let anyone trading these that I have never had a bad experience at this Wendy's and actually enjoy that they usually get everything right, but when there is any issue they will go above and beyond to make it right so before jumping on here to leave a negative review, communicate the issue with them first and you'll realize how great their customer service is because things do go wrong, it's life, but it's how mistakes are handled that allow places like this to really shine!
