  Food is ok, place is dirty and there are bugs on the counter, napkins are kept behind the counter, staff is talking and chit chatting not working. Waited 15 mins for food with nobody in the location.

  Everytime I come into the store I get a greeting. They always are on task with what I order and go above and beyond with the service!

  Very rude customer service. Wasn’t even greeted when I walked in. There was this white girl who looked miserable to be there. Telling all my friends about this experience and will never be coming here again

  Please read this, it’s lengthy but needs to be known. I orders online, one smoothie and a quesadilla. I came in and they were behind, which is fine, other than the fact the guy gave me my smoothie, I tasted it, it was wrong. He poured the smoothie I drank out of back into a blender and attempted to serve it to the guest who was waiting for it. I stopped him immediately and said that was against every health standard ever and he seemed so annoyed that he was caught and had to remake the smoothie. There’s 2 people waiting to order, 6 people waiting to get their items and one guy is leaning up against the wall eating chips. I have worked in fast food/ customer service many times and the fact that this employee attempted to give a drink that I drank out of to a little girl is disgusting.
