    Placed a mobile drive-thru order here and had a terrible experience with the manager, Kayla. The wait was really long (which I was fine with), but they told me to park—then admitted it was just to boost their drive-thru times. Nobody told me how long the wait would be, and I had to ask multiple times for an update. When I finally asked again, Kayla was rude and told me I could “just take what was ready,” without giving any timeframe. She also refused to provide the General Manager’s name when I asked. To top it off, it seemed like they retaliated by giving noticeably smaller portions than usual. Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience.

    The girl work in the drive through tonight when I came through was extremely rude and the way that she talks to customers is very ignorant.Not to mention, she asked me to pull forward.As if there was more stuff for my order, leaving me sitting there when there was actually nothing else to give me.And I didn't find that out until I walked inside to ask the question.So clearly she also does not know how to communicate.I would really recommend not going to this taco.Bell and go into another one
