    The worst experience I’ve Ever had a Taco Bell and I eat it Taco Bell five days a week. I was refused to refund after paying for my food and not receiving it. The poor young guy working the windows seem to be new and the angry old guy in the kitchen who was by himself was refusing to make my food because of the amount of orders he had. I waited for 40 minutes after ordering and paying and told them I couldn’t have a refund! Quite possibly the worst customer experience that I’ve ever had in my life. So I’m out $15 no food hungry coming home from work at 1 AM. Unacceptable.

    Asked for no lettuce half my shit was lettuce you have the easiest job an you mess this up they need to get it together ordered a large drink an they gave me a slushy….like do people not read at this store? Or they just special ed

    They didn't give my card back at drive thru. When I realized I called said they had it. When I went to get it they say they can't find it and aren't looking either. Been here 45min. now. Terrible service!!!

    I live close to this Taco Bell, and I have been to quite a few, but this one gives every other Taco Bell a bad name. It’s always filthy inside, the employees have the sense of urgency of that of a sloth and a snail. I was literally waiting over an hour for my order when I yet again asked about it and was told if I wasn’t here when he called my name I was being deprioritized. Someone needs to do a revamp of this location with new, well, everything. And I doubt it’s understaffing because this was 1am and there were 4 people working. They only had a couple of orders! A bad employee can be taught. A lazy and rude one can’t.
