It’s always filthy inside, the employees have the sense of urgency of that of a sloth and a snail. I was literally waiting over an hour for my order when I yet again asked about it and was told if I wasn’t here when he called my name I was being deprioritized. Someone needs to do a revamp of this location with new, well, everything. And I doubt it’s understaffing because this was 1am and there were 4 people working. They only had a couple of orders! A bad employee can be taught. A lazy and rude one can’t.

My scheduled pickup time was 2:50 a.m., but I didn’t receive the order until nearly 4:00 a.m. There were about 6–8 other drivers also waiting for their orders, and the level of service was extremely poor. One employee completely ignored us and sat down, while several others in the back didn’t even come out to check on waiting customers for nearly 20 minutes. At one point, a drive-thru customer had to come inside to pick up his food after waiting in line for over 45 minutes. As someone who manages a restaurant and does DoorDash on the side, it’s clear this location is struggling with serious management and staffing issues. Additionally, none of the orders had receipts, and the staff didn’t seem to know how to print them. I’m honestly not sure how this store is still operating under these conditions.
