  So I doordash. I've had some questionable experiences here like them saying the order isn't ready when indeed it's actually in the warmer. The employee just didn't check that well. Anyways on Nov 21st around 230ish I walk in to get my order. Nobody in site but I here a girl talking. After say 3 min wings are beeping and the girl I heard comes out from the left. She goes turns off the wings. She turns around to see me. She looks like she doesn't want to talk. I tell her who I'm there for. She tells me just a few min. I txt the custmer to let them know a few min or so and I'll be on my way . In the mean time I sit down and I hear the girl talking non stop from far in the back. I'm thinking np because waiting for rest order er to get done. After around 10 min I get up to check on progress. Once again I hear the girl nonstop talking, no one to be seen,the wings from over 10 min ago still hanging in the basket and see pizza just sitting at the end of the oven. I wait a few more min. I finally yell out and I'm assuming the manager comes out. I tell him what's going on. He says hang on and goes gets the pizza and wings prepared the rest of the way. No sorry, no ty, no nothing out his mouth after what he said. Basically acting like my fault the customers food been ready and not boxed while it sits getting cold. So now I look like a liar to the custmer saying just a few min,I'm delivering food that was sitting around 10+ without being boxed, late delivering my order, they cant even say sorry let alone a single word and probably missed out on another delivery when this should have been done way before I was forced to deliver this late. I'm tired of these issues happening at this location. My pick up time was 2 min after I arrived and also not busy at the store. And if corporate wants to see check your cameras on the date and time I said

  Being on hold for a total of 10 minutes without someone taking your order is a thing. I miss the locations you could eat at. These strip mall take out locations of max corporate profit, min customer satisfaction are the worst.

  I'm done with pizza hut. When I was traveling recently I was delivered a pizza that had not even been cooked. Then today I ordered, tipped COUNTER people and they made me stand in an empty vestibule, saying "hello" twice to get their attention, without looking at me, saying anything to me or answering me. I stood there ELEVEN MINUTES before I finally had to ask again could I just get my pizza. Which was cold by the time I drove the five minutes home. Seriously, there are other pizza places in Pinellas park. I don't want cold pizza. I ordered hot pizza. I'm not kidding when I say I'll find another option. Pizza city is across the street. Cici is 1 minute away. There have to be other places. Ignoring me for that long and handing me a cold pizza is not cool.
