  Jameya did an amazing job of helping me decide what to order. The food was fresh and tasted so good Mercida was the best manager and the facility was very clean

  Good morning good morning good morning I stopped in here at 10:00 a.m. to pick up my food and the General Manager Meecida Dorvilus was such a blessing we learn our birthdays are the same day we were giggling and laughing from the beginning they always ask people when is your birthday and she told me her birthday is 2 days before mine's so you already know we got a good connection I really really enjoy first impression is always a lasting impression and I will be back.

  Manager was very helpful with using coupon and making sure our families order was correct. We have some picky eaters and put lots of special requests in. Successful order 🍕

  Service is always excellent and so is the food. Mercida brings a special flow to the staff and I love seeing her friendly smile! Kudos to the team.

  The customer service at the 4th Street location in St. Pete is Awful. I walked in to pick up my carry out order and no one was out front at the register. I waited a couple of minutes then I yelled, “Hello” to get the attention of the 2 girls talking in the back. No answer. I walked in and out of the front door so the door bell could ring to get their attention and that didn’t work either. I waited longer and yelled, “Hello” even louder and finally the guy in the back yelled that someone would be right with me. Being that this location is in an affluent part of St. Pete, I expect better. The staff working on Saturday at 4pm need to be retrained.
