I’m assuming one of the managers as he was in a black shirt I believe named Brian was very disrespectful to me when trying to “solve” an issue. Order was placed through the app by my fiancée for pick up inside. I go in to pick up order and the nice young lady said that the order was not in. So i proceeded to show them the receipt, the code to the order, I could have shown them my bank statement of the transaction. The nice young lady was trying to help me and get the order made but the disrespectful manager would not do it and said the person that ordered needs to come in to check in in order for the order to populate which doesn’t make any sense I’m ordering ahead so I don’t have to wait and to help out your “team” since it was a big order. He proceeded to call me ignorant even though I was extremely patient until he started getting an attitude with me and not hearing the situation. Situation occurred around 6:20pm-645pm 12/5/25 I hope you enjoy reading this Brian and I hope corporate actually does something about it.
