  The inside needs more people working at the register and they need alot of help in that store stood in line for 15-20 mins just to order a takeout and the lady behind the counter was running food outside and working the register and when I got home the fries were cold and the double cheeseburger was cold to i probably won't go back until something is done inside of that store with the help and drive-thru is slow to so that store needs alot of help

  Pulled up today, i asked if they got my code for points. They lied to me. Ended up not getting my points and 10% off of my food off. This mcdonald's is bad one. Went into the bathroom and i almost fell down due to the employees not mopping. Sliding all over the place. It was like grease from the fryer.

  I was there on Friday October 17th 2025 I was planning to eat at the restaurant, but at the time I was having a meltdown because of a personal problem I was dealing with while going up to the restaurant. I walked up to the restaurant from where I live. I had a friend who was trying to calm me down So I sat down well as I was on the phone with a friend of mine, trying to calm down one of the workers was very rude to me and asked me if I was going to order something and I said as soon as I calm down, I’m having a meltdown and the worker told me to get out of the restaurant and take my meltdown outside and I hope this worker that was rude to me. Read this . You are a jerk.

  You are not allowed, even more as a major company to round up to the nearest 10 because you do not have change. You are not allowed to under change any customer. If you dont have the change. Take a step out to his amscot , not even half a block away from you guys and get the change needed. I can not believe I heard a manager teaching an employee how to round up to the nearest 10. Look up Florida laws. You guys are getting worst by the min. And with me seeing and hearing with my own ears, and eyes. Its being thought by management......
