- ELEliany Orozco LozadaOct 29, 20251.0Hace una hora aproximadamente fui a consumir al lugar había un ingrediente agotado y la muchacha se acercó a decirme pero viene de la línea otra señora que hablaba español pero igual me lo explica en inglés yo le respondí en el mismo idioma pero cuando viró su espalda se burló junto a la otra y yo le dije señora usted habla español y me dijo a mí no me pagan por traducir obviamente me enfurecí demasiado y le dije racista y le pregunté si era mexicana y me dijo que a huevo y le dije que era una envidiosa estúpida y una falta de respeto obviamente me ganó la furia porque es denigrante que una persona así trabaje para el público y si va a tratar así a las personas que se mantenga en su línea y no atienda los clientes que pagan por un servicio aunque el cliente no domine el inglés

She was so sweet and understanding, my grandma mistakenly called this McDonalds by accident because she was having some trouble with the bathroom and the girl on the phone was more than willing to help her (I know how my gma can be at times lol). I really wish I asked for her name but I just wanted to give out a huge shout out to her
