  Employee service needs improvement. Every time I ask for extra cream cheese on the side, the young employee tells me I have to pay for it. I completely understand that there may be an extra charge and I don’t mind paying. However, the way he says it and his tone come across as rude and unwelcoming. I come in regularly to get breakfast for myself and my coworkers, and this experience makes me feel disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer service experience, because I would like to continue supporting this business.

  Wanted to say how graceful the staff handled themselves today. There was a customer who went off on the staff because she forgot her drinks - the staff handled the situation very professionally and with ease. The customer was very rude and the staff treated her with grace and respect the entire time. Well done!

  Never received my Latte I ordered with the meal. Whentvand asked when I was half way through the meals,was told it was still being made.,...went after I finished my meal,with no other customers at the counter and was ignored by all 4 employees. Went back a final time to get the money for the drink refunded,suggested they refund the tip too as I didn't consider that service worth tipping but they can not do it,because I paid with a card. Does was actually good,service was terrible.Bit that is what you remember walking out there.Also.Soda Fountains out of order and I never asked for double egg on the bagel....but hit charged anyways. So,yeah,iwny go back there.

  The past few weeks I have had the best bagel ever. I'm a new yorker 59 years old living now in st.petersburg Fl. there located on 4th st and 94 avFL. And the bagel i chose was apple cinnamon toasted with egg bacon,sausage,cheese and a smear of cinnamon cream chesse as the pictures prove its soo good and vanilla hazelnut coffee to go with it was the best
