I asked if they could remake my iced latte or put more espresso in here because they obviously didn’t put the right amount and they gave me attitude and said that they definitely did. It’s quite literally milk, and it looks like milk. This is at least the fifth time it happened to me and they wouldn’t even remake my drink. Not only are they rude, but they suck. Putting my money in a local business next time, trust me, I drink enough iced caramel lattes to know how much coffee it should have in it

It's disrespectful, a terrible place, just because I didn't order it with ice, and they said they couldn't even fill half the cup with coffee. Basically, $6 for ice, because there was hardly any coffee.

- JJJim JimDec 19, 20251.0The store clearly says they’re open until 10 p.m. At 8:58 p.m., I went to get something, but the door was closed. I looked up and this dude came to the door like he was ready to fight, in a really aggressive way. He opened the door and said they were closed and that I could go through the drive-through, but I just walked away. I didn’t want to order food from someone that mad, thinking about what he might do behind the walls.
