The staff is very rude and they act like they don’t want to be there and like you ordering something is there punishment for being there! I don’t think they ever clean the equipment because no matter what you order it all tastes like the oven it’s heated up or toasted in and the coffees all taste stale like they were brewed in an old coffee maker. And this place has the nerve to say that they are the “standard”! 🤣 Please save yourself the money and trouble and choose a different Dunkin.
- TSTristan SchleedeDec 7, 20251.0Today i went through the drive thru to get a 6 dollar meal deal as i wanted some coffee and food. i also got an order of snackin bacon. in all my time of going to dunkin i have never been served cold bacon. cold as in almost raw, like they just grabbed it out of the microwaveable package you’d see at a store. I went in to confront them and was told that “oh you have to ask for it hot”. Why all of a sudden i have to now ask for something that’s advertised as hot and crispy absolutely baffles me. If this is a new thing you are doing then you should probably update the menu and add “bacon comes cold as ice”.
