  The food is old and not fresh when you taste it, more over How could you order a large cup for coffee and still they filled my cup with full of ice a little coffee And it just tasted like a freaking chemical Like what you both girls are doing in morning shift Trashhhh

  If there was a possibility to rate this Dunkin’ donuts with multiple negative stars that’s what they need to be rated at! This Dunkin’ Donuts has the WORST employees!! The company needs to “FIRE” the ENTIRE staff! Disrespectful, RACIST and not an ounce of customer service !! This was the first time I have entered this place and was helped by an employee who was more concerned with engaging with her FaceTime call than doing her job. When asked for my order, she made it apparent it was a burden. Her demeanor and negative attitude not to ignore. To repeat my order “correctly” 3 times to her because she wasn’t obviously listening and cared less she couldn’t enter it correctly. When receiving the order, of course it was still incorrect, and when I pointed it out she started screaming vulgarity and disgusting racial nationality remarks at me, which was horrifically uncalled for and beyond disrespectful. Another staff member came over, who joined in and also started yelling, telling me to never step foot in the place, and “my kind “racist” comment” was never welcomed in that place. When getting my refund, the cash was basically thrown in my hands, and the first girl that was burdened doing her job kept yelling vulgarity and racial comments! Dunkin’ Donuts, these employees are a disgrace to your organization and speaks volumes of your company of what kind of people you allow to be employed there!

  I honestly don’t know what is the owner waiting on almost everyone in the reviews are complaining about the staff being rude especially the manager, today i witnessed the manager refusing to give a pregnant lady a cup of water because she didn’t have .50 cents are you serious, this gotta be a joke and when they mess up a drink they get really rude and refuse to fix it, i will be bringing this up to Dunkin’ Donuts headquarters

  Very Poor Experience – Strongly Not Recommended I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ branch, and honestly, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The manager’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional and rude. Instead of leading the team or helping customers, she treated people with disrespect and spoke in a very aggressive and dismissive way. There was absolutely no sense of customer care or basic courtesy. The staff behavior was just as bad. The team seemed untrained, careless, and completely uninterested in doing their jobs properly. Simple requests were ignored, and the overall attitude felt hostile rather than welcoming. On top of that, the drinks were made incorrectly. The order was wrong, the taste was off, and it was clear that no attention was paid to quality or accuracy. For a brand like Dunkin’, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. Overall, this branch reflects poor management, poor training, and zero respect for customers. I would not recommend this location to anyone, and I seriously hope upper management takes action because this place is damaging the brand’s reputation.

  The service was so bad we ordered coffee latte large and she gave us as medium latte in a large cup and it was so foamy and we went to ask here to fill up the cup with more milk or coffee she said I’m the manager and you should pay more about $1.50 for extra coffee she was so rude and I’m pregnant and I asked her about a cup of water she said 1$ I was surprised and she spoke with bad attitude, I don’t know how they let someone like her to be manager, managers should be able to handle situations like this professionally
