  This is like the fourth time I've come to Dunkin' Donuts and ordered a chocolate almond milk drink, and they made it with whole milk. So, if I had a bigger problem than lactose intolerance, these people would kill me for not giving me what I asked for. Do they think people ask for a specific type of milk for no reason? What a lack of respect and consideration, and terrible service. It's deceptive, without knowing what being allergic or lactose intolerant can do to someone. Thank God I was in the bathroom, otherwise, I would have been so embarrassed. I think they should fire the employees who don't follow customer orders, because one of these days they'll get sued for not understanding why some people don't ask for cow's milk. Today 1/31/26 around 7:30 i order a cholate with almond milk and i find out that they didn't make it with almond milk after i have to run two time to the bathroom with pain and having diarrhea.

  This is the only location when I get a breakfast sandwich the bacon is always completely raw, barely cooked if that it’s disgusting and I’m pretty sure that’s against health code serving raw bacon!! Please discuss with your employees on the importance of cooking the bacon before putting it on the sandwich we the customers would appreciate it instead of wasting almost 5 dollars

  I went for the free cup with refresher purchase and everyone was so nice. The customer service was great and the doughnut was so yummy

  I walked in here and the manager was trying to jump me? There was a very nice girl in there otherwise very aggressive place. Congratulations you hurt my feelings

  This is the worst Dunkin in the area. They cannot get an order right. My husband goes every weekend to get me breakfast and they always mess it up. I go to many Dunkin's myself during the week mornings on my way to work, like on US19 and Gandy in Pinellas is great. But this one in St. Pete is terrible. The staff seem friendly enough but it really is a downer to have to pause and deal with a messed up order not once but every time!
