She obviously doesn't know how to order because they arw always out of stuff. I've heard her speaking to employees like they arw garbage. Also the employee's vape inside the store and sit on the line where food is being made. Get new management and stop losing your sales.

I go to many Dunkin's myself during the week mornings on my way to work, like on US19 and Gandy in Pinellas is great. But this one in St. Pete is terrible. The staff seem friendly enough but it really is a downer to have to pause and deal with a messed up order not once but every time!

Everything came out just the way I ordered it. She even took the time at the window to make sure my order was correct. She was super friendly, and I actually pulled out smiling. Her name was Nikki, and I really, really enjoy her being there. I'll be back.
