  Worst chipotle ever. I feel disrespected every time I come here. The portions are small, the quality is terrible, customer service terrible. The workers shut the grill down at 10 pm with no meat on the line besides barboca and carnitas, the kid on the line tonight slams the tortilla press as soon as we come up with a attitude because he has to work the job he signed up for. Gives me the smallest portion of meat and then splats a spoon full of sour cream on my burrito they all act like they hate their job and are rude. I emailed customer care and they said last time it would never happen again and it did once again. They need a new team that actually cares about the food and the atmosphere

  First all it took 7 mins to get waited on nobody was at counter the manager was interviewing someone. The Asian lady needs to take her attitude to Chinese restaurant the rudest ppl ever with no patience my presentation of my food is disgusting she gave me rice like she was feeding a 2 year old and got mad cause I ask for more rice

  This place used to be good but has gone downhill in the last few years. Stopped by today: seems understaffed, everyone is rude and checked out, no guac, trash on the counter everywhere (don’t even want to think how the kitchen looks like), the food is sloppy. Try a different Chipotle (or a different Mexican place) if you can.

  Every time we come to this location it’s around 6:30- 7 pm and every time they either run out of rice or they rush cook it and it’s undercooked and crunchy. Yet we come back as it’s right next to the house. You would think knowing a dinner rush is coming that management would be prepared for this. Instead we wait in line for 20 min to be told we have to wait an additional 20 min for the rice to be cooked. Management needs training.

  This place has to be a joke. I’ve never experienced such stingy small portions for the price at a chipotle and it’s only the older women working the line. Every other chipotle i go to gives you a spoon full, but here they give u half a spoon of food and when you look at them like uhm is this a joke and ask for a little more, they’ll add two specs of extra rice or threaten to charge more. And from reading through the reviews it looks like many people feel the same. I don’t mind paying more for extra food, but it’s the point that they’re not even given the correct portions in the first place.
