She frequently mean-mugs and bad-mouths others, yells at customers and coworkers, has a poor attitude, and mishandles food. Even when she is clearly in the wrong, she responds by yelling at customers. Today was the final straw. I was given only four small pieces of carne asada, and when I politely asked for a little more, she yelled that it would count as double meat. Meanwhile, my friend ahead of me received two full spoonfuls and was not charged extra. I also ordered two kids’ meal quesadillas and was charged for both, but she threw away the sides for one of the meals and still charged me. When I asked about the missing sides, she yelled that there was “no point” in giving them to me. I’m very disappointed by the repeated negative treatment from this employee. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different location. After scrolling through the prior reviews I’m not surprised and could take an educated guess at the employee in question.
