My first time at Chipotle and they served less than one scoop of protein and the same with all the other items. It was the first time I finished all my food and was still hungry. Very poor service.

This location sucks. They always start closing an hour early, so there's cleaning stuff everywhere and the food is out. The grill is off and it feels like it's after hours. All the employees are more interested in closing than serving even though it's only 9:30. It's Amateur hour in here. You can tell the employees are lazy and don't care. When something is out and it's past 9:00 p.m. that's it they make it no more for the whole 2 hours that they're still open. Luckily Taco Bell is right across the street. I've found myself walking into this place seeing how bad it is and going to Taco Bell many times over the past 3 years.

I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for years and always liked it — the staff are friendly and do their best — but lately the portions have gotten way smaller. The bowls barely have any rice or chicken now, and for over $10 it just doesn’t feel worth it. It seems like management must have changed something because it wasn’t like this before. The team here is great, but if you want a decent portion, I’d recommend going to the Chipotle down the street instead.

I go to this chipotle frequently because it is down the street from my house, otherwise I would go out of my way to find a better one. The food’s always just okay, can confirm the place is always a mess and they do keep you waiting for online orders. But you can tell the employees do not get along. I condemn poor Management because even as a rotating crew, they all always have the same attitude. One person is usually running the whole line while 2 of the 4 others are doing menial tasks. I’ve seen someone on the grill yell “there’s no chicken!” at the line person when I asked how long the wait would be for chicken cause it was on the grill lol. I’ve seen another employee tell a sole line person “that’s not how you roll a burrito” without any intent to help them and the interaction was so intense. I felt so bad for the line person I almost wanted to step in and help them! I’m so sorry to the employees who work here, you deserve better and it’s not your coworkers’ fault. It’s the awful company drones who haven’t invested the time or money to staff and/or train you and new hires so you don’t take it out on each other. Do better Chipotle!
