  Grey shirt “Anamarie” or “Analise” which ever her name was working Thursday March 12th at 12:26 noon DENIED ME RECIEVING MY ORDER which was ordered last night at 9:18pm and was not able pick up. I was instructed by Chipotle customer service to bring my proof of purchase with me to pick up my item today. I am an overnight nurse working 12 hour shifts and accidently ordered to the wrong location (4th St N is about 25 minutes away from my facility). I contacted customer service number (as you are completely unable to speak with a team member in store nor are they able to route you to the instore phone line) and I was instructed that I would be able to pick up the items today. As a paying customer it does not make ANY SENSE why I would be denied to pick up the items I have paid for and was instructed to by the customer service number line which I have a 4 minute screenshot conversation with them. Analise said regardless of what customer service told me she was “not making my order”. I didn't know was supposed to wire tap and record customer service phone calls for proof but I would not lie about a $15 chipotle bowl when I am a registered nurse I promise smh As the “Annalise” team member with the grey polo said “she has never heard of that” and I should “request a refund if I want help” … when again I do not wish to wait to receive a refund. Nor would I like the hassle of contacting and providing receipts to then wait for a bank to release funds.. I would just like to pick up the items I purchased. Horrible customer service and again as a customer who paid for their items I am not asking for any additional “freebies” or perks. I was only asking to pick up my items that I paid for. I will be contacting chipotle corporate offices for an official complaint against the treatment I received and denial of receiving my goods as paid for.

  This place is gross, the guy making the food on the line had grease stains all over his clear gloves indicating he hasn't changed them in hours or all day. Then I looked back to a cook standing over the food in the back picking her nose. Nice.

  Food was good until the wife saw this next to her at the table we sat at. Can’t imagine where else or what they’re on. Wont be back.

  Came in at 10 pm 1/20/26 with my brother and girlfriend. Was disturbed to see a 3 inch roach on the floor by our feet. My girlfriend was disgusted and lost her appetite. My brother told an employee who told the manager and after 15 minutes of watching the giant roach run around the floor i asked the manager if it was normal that customers complain about roaches and they do nothing and the man told me “they come in and out all the time” and “it’s a Florida thing” utter disbelief is an understatement. This is single handedly the worst chipotle experience i’ve ever had or heard about. This place should be closed and the manager should be scorned for his customer service at least. I don’t normally leave these but this is just unacceptable. Man didn’t even offer to make things right in anyway after i told him my girlfriend lost her appetite and won’t eat. I’m calling corporate tomorrow.
