- CMCharmaine MilletSep 10, 20201.0The customer service was unsatisfactory! We waited at the window for a kid's scoop, small milkshake and small iced Chai for 20 minutes. Ridiculous considering no customers were inside! What made it so bad was that when I pulled up to the window no one was there. I sat there waiting for 5 minutes before honking the horn to get an associates attention. Not worth the $11 I spent on the drinks. Don't go to that location unless you want to be frustrated👎

I asked a simple question about a flavor and her response was read the label. Manager should evaluate her her role, she is not cut out for customer service. Why should a paying customer feel like such an inconvenience?

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
